KFC at the Cannock Orbital has long been a great place to provide great tasting chicken for a reasonable price. The building's reputation continues with succulent chicken, served at piping hot temperatures and with great timing. This visit had some great interactions with the shift manager and what seemed to be either an Area Manager or Training Officer. The environment of the store is very bright and open with a colour scheme based on KFC's logo and company ideals. A variety of different seating locations and types allows customers the option on how to experience their meal. Staff interactions are nearly always a positive experience at this branch of KFC. Today's visit was no exception except maybe for one service assistant that gave off a feeling of not wanting to be at work at that present moment. However most of the staff seemed engaged and happy in their position. A really good visit to this establishment, one that will be happening again in the not to distant future. Out of ”
“ Daughter ordered on screen and accidentally ordered 2 supercharger wraps. When they came they were way too spicy. Queried with staff efore realising it was our mistake but they immediately changed them so our 2 girls could eat. Fantastic staff and service, thank you! ”
